We want you to love what you wear. Because each piece is made to order, returns work a little differently to a mass-market store.
Since your piece is cut specifically for you, we handle change-of-mind returns case by case. Reach out within 14 days of delivery and we will do our best, including a size exchange where the piece can be remade.
If anything arrives faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will repair or replace it at no cost. This is your right under Australian Consumer Law and we stand behind it fully.
